Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account at ok yaman, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

Ok yaman reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to have been registered in violation of these eligibility requirements may be suspended and any funds remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Registration and Verification

Each person may hold only one ok yaman account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, claim a bonus more than once, or for any other reason — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Ok yaman operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before withdrawals are permitted, you will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include:

  • Philippine passport
  • Driver's licence issued by the LTO
  • PhilSys National ID
  • SSS / GSIS identification card
  • Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
  • PRC Professional Regulation ID

Ok yaman may also request proof of address or source of funds at any stage. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension until documents are received and processed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok yaman login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Deposits and Payments

Ok yaman accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (PHP) only. The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Ok yaman does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or payment methods belonging to another person.

Accepted Philippine payment methods at ok yaman include:

  • GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
  • InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
  • BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other participating Philippine bank apps
  • Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards (where available)

Deposits are credited to your ok yaman balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Ok yaman is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable period, contact ok yaman support with your transaction reference number.

Ok yaman reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe the transaction is connected to fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to all verified ok yaman accounts. To initiate a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification and your withdrawal method must match the payment method used for deposits where technically required.

The minimum withdrawal amount at ok yaman is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for standard accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing.

Ok yaman processes withdrawal requests promptly following verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within a short period after approval. Bank transfer timelines depend on the receiving institution's clearing schedule.

Withdrawals will not be processed if:

  • Your account has not completed identity verification
  • Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
  • There is an active investigation or account review in progress
  • The withdrawal would reduce your balance below any required minimum related to an active promotion

Ok yaman does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees or limits. Check your GCash or Maya app for applicable thresholds.

Betting Rules and Settlement

All bets placed at ok yaman are subject to the specific rules for the relevant game or sport at the time the bet is placed. Game-specific rules are displayed within the ok yaman interface before and during bet placement. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before confirming any wager.

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed except in the following circumstances:

  • The event or game is cancelled before it begins, in which case stakes are returned
  • A technical error on the ok yaman platform demonstrably caused an incorrect bet placement
  • The odds displayed were the result of a manifest error (palpable error) — see below

Palpable errors: Where ok yaman's odds are published as a result of a clear and obvious technical or human error — for example, odds of 1000:1 on a near-certain outcome — ok yaman reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes. This is applied narrowly and in good faith, not as a general mechanism to void winning bets.

For PBA and other sports markets, bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Live score data in the ok yaman interface is provided for reference only and does not constitute the official result for settlement purposes.

Bonuses and Promotions

Prohibited Conduct

  • Operating or accessing more than one ok yaman account

Account Suspension and Termination

Ok yaman may suspend or close an account at any time in any of the following circumstances:

  • Verified or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
  • Suspicious financial activity or a requirement to comply with applicable law
  • At the account holder's own request

Where an account is suspended for investigation, ok yaman will notify the account holder within a reasonable period. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, funds derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited.

Players may close their ok yaman account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification requirements being met) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ok yaman platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of ok yaman or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Changes to These Terms

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, your ok yaman account, or any bet placed on the platform will first be referred to ok yaman's customer support team for resolution.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through ok yaman's internal support process, disputes may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming operations.
